1. General Information Only

The content on runningrebels.org (the “Site”), including program descriptions, news, blog posts, videos, photos, and social media content, is provided by Running Rebels Organization (“Running Rebels,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for general informational and community-engagement purposes only. It is not intended as, and should not be relied upon as, professional advice of any kind.

2. No Medical, Mental Health, Legal, or Social Services Advice

Running Rebels provides mentoring, athletic, academic, and community-based programming, but the Site does not provide medical, mental health, legal, or social work advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any wellness-, fitness-, or mental-health-related content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician, therapist, counselor, attorney, or other licensed professional. If you or someone you know is experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

3. Athletic & Wellness Program Disclaimer

Participation in Running Rebels’ athletic, physical activity, or wellness-related programming involves inherent risks, including the risk of physical injury. By describing these programs on the Site, we make no representation or warranty that participation is free of risk or appropriate for every individual. Before a participant begins any athletic or physical program:

  • Parents/guardians and participants will be asked to complete Running Rebels’ own program-specific health information, consent, and liability waiver forms;
  • Individuals with health concerns should consult a physician before participating in physical activity; and
  • Running Rebels staff and volunteers are not medical professionals, and program supervision does not substitute for appropriate medical care.

We do not guarantee any specific physical, academic, behavioral, or personal outcome from participation in our programs. Individual results and experiences vary based on many factors outside our control.

4. Testimonials & Success Stories

Stories, quotes, photos, or testimonials from program participants, families, alumni, or community members that appear on the Site reflect individual experiences and are shared with appropriate consent. They are not a guarantee, promise, or prediction of the outcome or experience that any other individual will have by participating in our programs.

5. No Government Affiliation

Running Rebels Organization is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. While some of our programs (such as our juvenile justice and diversion programming) involve partnership or referral relationships with local courts, county agencies, or schools, Running Rebels is not a government agency and does not speak on behalf of any court, law enforcement agency, county, or school district. Information about the juvenile justice system provided on the Site is general in nature and should not be relied upon as legal advice regarding any specific case.

6. Accuracy of Information
