A group of Milwaukee teenagers, fed up with a rash of carjackings, have produced two videos confronting the problem. The campaign called “Jack a car, jack up your life” was launched Tuesday with a “roadside memorial” to remember victims of carjackings and a screening of the videos at Running Rebels Community Organization on West Fond Du Lac Ave.
